The positioner has 4 clamps, of which one clamp moves along the guides and is fixed, for the convenience of welding fittings.
The guides of the positioner have a wear-resistant coating.
The upper clamp, when closed, enters the lower clamp, thereby ensuring the diametrical accuracy of the pipe clamp.
The screws compressing the clamps are made using technology that reduces thread wear.

The milling tool is fixed on the guides of the positioner. The device is driven by a electric drill.The chain drive provides high-quality trimming of pipe ends with uniform rotation of the end face discs.

The hydraulic power station (oil station) has an ergonomic and practical design; closed body, protects from dirt getting inside. It is controlled by a joystick. Device functions: creating pressure, maintaining pressure, fixing pressure in the system.

The heating element has a wear-resistant non-stick coating. Microprocessor control provides precise temperature control and adjustment.
