Advantages
1. The rigid, welded construction of the positioner is light in weight and facilitates welding of thermoplastics to the canopy. The guides of the positioner have a chrome-nickel coating. The positioner can be fixed on the plane with screws.
2. The device has a built-in electronic sensor and a digital indicator unit, which facilitates and makes the welding process accurate. The indicator shows, on the display, the welding pressure value up to hundredths.
3. The design of the device provides for a removable digital indicator unit – this makes it easier to perform the welding process in hard-to-reach places.
4. The positioner of the device has the option of accelerated clamp clamps – this allows you to spend less time on clamping and unclenching clamps.
5. The positioner of the device has the option of accelerated movement of the movable clamp). The positioner is additionally equipped with an electric drive. The device is transported and stored in a universal, ergonomic metal box.
